A non-mandated inspection was conducted on September 15, 2023 from 1:15pm -1:40pm in response to a serious injury report received on September 13, 2023. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision, programming, and special care and emergencies. A total of one child record and two staff records were reviewed,two interviews were conducted, classroom observation conducted, and review of injury reports and documentation were reviewed.
