Inspector Notes

An unannounced focused inspection was initiated on 4/16/2024 and concluded on 4/17/2024. The center is on a provisional license. The inspector was on site on 4/16/2024 from approximately 3:55 pm-4:55 pm. There were 25 children present, ranging in ages from 5 to 11 years, with 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, special care and emergencies, and special services. A total of 5 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. Staff records were reviewed remotely on 4/17/2024.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
