Tables shall be sanitized before and after each use for feeding.
On 1/12/26, the center staff used sanitizing wipes to clean the table before the children ate snack. Sanitation requires the surface of the tables to be sprayed or dipped into the disinfectant solution and allowed to air dry on the surface for a minimum of two minutes or according to the disinfectant solution instructions. Staff stated that they did not have a sanitizer spray available on site and that they had been utilizing only the wipes before and after snacks.
