This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interviews and a virtual tour of the home.

A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 8/27/21 and concluded on 9/30/21. There were two children present with one caregiver supervising. A renewal inspection was also conducted on this date.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
