Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted from 10:00-11:10 am. Twelve children were in the care of 3 staff at the time of the inspection and within points for ratios. Observed children in the yard playing on the outside equipment, hand washing and morning snack (fruit and vegetables). Lunch to be served today was borsch, mashed potatoes, bread and cucumbers. Reviewed 3 children's records, 2 staff records, emergency preparation, physical space and trainings. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. On 9/08/2023 the provider was not on-site for 1 hour in the morning and neither staff #1 or staff #2 have certification in first aid or CPR.
