The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care, emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed eating lunch (soup, mashed potatoes, hot dogs, and cucumber), singing songs, playing with blocks, and preparing for nap time. A total of 3 child records and 5 staff and household member records were reviewed.
