Inspector Notes

On 3/9/21 an unannounced subsidy health and Safety inspection was conducted. Due to the Covid19 Pandemic this inspection was conducted via mobile video application as well as email and phone correspondence. There were No children present. Per vendor there were no children in attendance since December and there was currently no children enrolled. The home, staff records, household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children.
