Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff partially using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts and documents review. The licensing inspector was on site on 3/22/2022 from 9:06-11:08 am.
A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 03/22/2022. The director was contacted by telephone and an inspection was conducted. There were 74 children present, ranging in ages from 2 to 5 years, with 12 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, nutrition and background checks. A total of 4 child records, 4 staff records, and 1 board member record were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
