Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted August 17 2022 between 9:00am and 10:00. There was 1 child in the direct care of 1 caregiver. The child was observed playing with toys and puzzles. A review of the household records, child record, and caregiver record was conducted. The emergency supplies, emergency drills, attendance record, and the hope space was inspected. Based on direct observation, the provider did not ensure that a working batter operated weather band radio was functional.

Evidence: When tested, the weather radio would not turn on. The batteries in the radio were corroded.
