Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted May 24, 2024, between the hours of 9:28am - 11:05am. There were 7 children (15 points) directly supervised by 1 caregiver. The home, 1 caregiver record, 7 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and building with blocks. There was an assortment of age-appropriate materials for children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
