Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protoco, including telephone contact and remote virtual application.

A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated and completed on 9/15/2021. There was 1 child in care at the time of the inspection and 3 additional children arriving for afterschool care. A code compliance inspection was conducted at the time of this inspection, as well as a review of child and vendor information, policies and procedures, emergency preparedness planning and drills and child care areas.

Information gathered during yhe inspection determined a violation with applicable code or requirements. Violation was issued and corrected during the inspection.
