Inspector Notes

A shsi inspection was conducted on 4/11/2022. The vendor did not have any children in care, two children will arrive after school. An infant was sent home sick before the inspection started. Discussed the need for supplies to be more organized and possible storing some of the supplies to have more room for the children. Discussed record keeping and keeping things organized better. Based on the information gathered at the inspection, the vendor doe not have children's records for three of the children enrolled at her home.
Evidence: Child 1, child 2 and child3 are missing records.
Plan of Correction: I will ask my specialist from infant toddler for the information. And find my folder with paperwork

Based on the review of the physical plant, cleaners are accessible in the bathroom.
Evidence: Cleaners and air freshener splays are accessible to children on the back of the toilet.
Plan of Correction: I will remove and store under the sink in the cabinet and add a lock to the cabinet.
