Inspector Notes
An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 09/21/2023 with additional phone interviews on 09/22/2023. There were 37 children, ages 2 years- 10 years old, 3 staff members providing direct care and supervision and various support staff present during the inspection. Staff were interviewed and a total of 3 children?s records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 2:30 pm and departed at 6:00 pm.
The information gathered during the complaint inspection did not support the complaint and therefore the complaint was determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
