Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:50am-12:15pm. There were 187 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 40 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed napping, participating in circle time, reading books, participating in group play, eating and playing on the playground. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children. Staff's MAT, CPR and First Aid certifications were verified. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice.

In the PreK classroom, an area of approximately 1 inch by 3 inches of peeling paint was observed under the hand soap dispenser used by the children in care.
Evidence:
Two bottles of disinfectant solution labeled "Keep out of reach of children" were observed in the facility's laundry room, the door to the laundry room was closed but it was not locked during the inspection.
