Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:30am-1:15pm. There were 190 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 53 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, napping, eating, playing on the playground, participating in circle time, writing letters and learning concepts related to their theme for the week: life on the farm. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children. The center was clean and organized. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
