Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 2/25/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 12:10pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 194 children present and 54 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

After the first license, annual approval from the health department shall be provided, or approvals of a plan of correction, for meeting requirements for water supply and sewage disposal system.

The program did not have annual environmental sanitation report available.
Plan of Correction: Director contacted local health department today and scheduled environmental sanitation inspection. The health department inspection was completed on 2/26/2025.
