A monitoring inspection was initiated on 1/24/22 which consisted of an off-site recordkeeping review and concluded on 1/28/22 with a virtual inspection of the family day home.
The provider was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. There were 9 children present with 3 caregivers. Two children' files were reviewed during the inspection.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
