During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on 12/10/24, as a part of an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The Department requested that the provider complete an IPOC as a result of the last inspection related to Administration, Emergencies, and Background Checks.
The on-site inspection began at 10:15 a.m. and ended at 11:05 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 10 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 22. The inspector reviewed three children?s records and four caregiver records on-site.
This inspection included document review (attendance record, daily schedule, menu, emergency phone numbers, license), tour of the home, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
