Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-800-570-A
Based on observation, the provider did not ensure that a caregiver does not exceed 16 points.

Evidence:
1. At approximately 11:30am, it was observed that the Provider was alone with 8 children (22 points) and was over the allowed 16 points per caregiver. At approximately 11:43am, the Provider's Assistant returned from lunch and began caring for the children.
2. The Provider was over the allowed 16 points for approximately 13 minutes.
Plan of Correction: I will make sure I do not go over my allowed points.
