An announced on-site initial inspection was conducted on 01/06/2022. There were no children in care during this time. The inspector reviewed the inside and outside areas of the facility and measured the space for capacity. The physical plant and the records for 2 Applicants were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. The on-site inspection was conducted by K. Campbell.
