During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 01/14/2025 and completed on 01/14/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:15 a.m. and ended at 1:00 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 45 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 5 staff records and 3 agent/applicant records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1There was no request of the child abuse and neglect registry for all states in which the individual has resided in the preceding five years for Agent/applicant #1, who has been an agent/applicant for more than 30 days.
