An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on October 29 2024 and completed on October 29 2024. The on-site inspection began at 2:40pm and ended at 3:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 6 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 15.
