Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 08/24/2021 and concluded on 09/10/2021. The in-charge person was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 23children present and 2 staff. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The last fire inspection was documented 09/25/2019.
Plan of Correction: The following plan of correction was provided by the administrator:
The school handles the fire inspections. She is waiting on the copy of the last inspection from the main office and will forward it to the inspector.
