Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on March 11, 2024, to determine the center?s compliance with subsidy standards. There were 80 children present with 8 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the ?plan of correction? and ?date to be corrected? for each violation cited on the violation notice and return it to me within 5 business days from today. Please specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Your plan of correction should contain: 1) steps to correct the noncompliance with the standard(s), 2) measures to prevent the noncompliance from occurring again; and 3) person(s) responsible for implementing each step and/or monitoring any preventive measure(s).

1. The record for staff #3 (date of hire 11/1/2021), does not have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care. Staff #3 last CPR certification was documented on 11/1/2021.
2. The record for staff #6 (date of hire 6/16/2017), does not have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care.
Evidence:
1. The record for staff #3 (date of hire 11/1/2021), does not have current certification in First Aid. Staff #3 last First Aid certification was documented on 11/1/2021.
2. The record for staff #6 (date of hire 6/16/2017), does not have current First Aid certification.
