Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 12/15/2021 to investigate a complaint received by the department involving the area of records and reports. On the date of inspection, 131 children were in care, directly supervised by 26 staff.

On this date, observations were made, interviews were conducted with staff, documents were reviewed and staff/child records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection did not support the allegations of the complaint so the complaint is determined to be not valid. Areas of non-compliance not related to the complaint are listed on the Violation Notice.
