An unannounced investigation was conducted 10/25/2023 in response to a complaint regarding children's records. During the investigation staff were interviewed and the files of children were observed. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations. This complaint has been determined to be not valid. The exit interview was conducted with the director.
