An unannounced on-site code compliance for the religiously exempt child day center was initiated and completed on 08/28/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:45 am and ended of 11:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 13 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records. The inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
