Inspector Notes
An in-person renewal study was conducted on 3/21/22. There were 7 children present (17 points) with 4 caregivers. Children were observed resting, washing hands and eating snack. 5 household/staff records were reviewed. See violation notice for missing information. 4 child records, emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies and emergency supplies were reviewed and were all in compliance.

2 of 2 staff records reviewed did not include documentation of education and experience. (Staff A, B)
Evidence:
The ladder for the pool was placed next to the pool, not locked in place or stored inaccessible to children.
Evidence:
The above ground pool installed in the backyard, does not have a non-climbable barrier preventing access to the pool.
Evidence:
A child was observed sleeping in a crib that did not have a tight-fitting bottom cover on the mattress. There was no sheet on the water-proof mattress.
