Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today.
There were 12 children present (14 points) including 2 resident children, with 3 caregivers.
Children were observed playing with a variety of toys and activities, washing hands, preparing for lunch and eating lunch.
The menu, first aid and emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills, Shelter-in-place drills,
lockdown drill, attendance, chimney inspection, van inspection, license tags and rabies vaccinations for the pets were all in compliance today.
5 caregiver records, and 1 child record were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliance cited today.
