Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety Monitoring Inspection took place on September 5, 2023 between the hours of approximately 12:50 p.m. and 2:25 p.m. 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 4 classrooms observed with a total of 40 children with 5 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed napping and sitting on their cots. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, and medication were observed during this inspection. There were 4 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
