Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 5/9/2024 beginning at 9:04am and ending at 10:25am. There was 1 child in attendance at the time of the inspection. The child was observed participating in reading time, music time, and toy play with the vendor. Required background searches, training certificates and household member information was reviewed. A sample of requirements for daily attendance, child information/records, emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
