An unannounced on-site inspection was initiated on 11/21/24 from 1:40-2:10 and completed on 12/03/24 from 1:30-1:45. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children and 1 staff present. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records at the main site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observation.
