Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 9:15 am through 10:30 am. There were a total of nine children (22points) observed with two caregivers. A total of five children's files and two staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, breakfast, circle time, bathroom breaks, hand washing, outside time and other organized activities.
