Inspector Notes

An unannounced mandated inspection was completed from 10:35am. until 11:55. There were 14 children present with 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Evidence:
1. Child #3 had not proof of ID and age in the file; it is required to be in the file within 7 days.
