Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-790-250-B
Based on record review and interview with the provider, within the first 90 days of employment all caregivers did not complete the Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff sponsored by the Department of Education.
Evidence:
1. Childgiver #2 does not have documentation for the Virginia Preservice Training on file.
2. The provider acknowledged caregiver #2 had not completed the Virginia Preservice Training.
Plan of Correction: I will tell the caregiver she must complete it by Monday.
