There were 2 caregivers with 11 children in 2 rooms at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed playing with manipulatives, eating breakfast, handwashing, outdoor activities and other organized activities. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill logs were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
