Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 9/30/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:10 AM and ended at 12:40 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed (#) children?s records and (#) staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.

A spray cleaning product was observed in an unlocked cabinet under the sink in the Pre-K classroom.
Plan of Correction: There is a lock on the cabinet but the doors were not closed in the correct order for the lock to latch. The teachers will be reminded to close the cabinet doors correctly so that the doors lock.
