An unannounced complaint/monitoring inspection was conducted on February 9, 2022. The complaint was in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office. After interviews and a review of documentation, it was determined that the complaint allegation was not valid. A monitoring inspection was also conducted on this day, There were no non-complaint related violations cited during this inspection.
