Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/30/2023. 44 children were directly supervised by 11 staff. The physical space, 4 children's records, 4 staff records, posted documents, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, evacuation drills, attendance and other required documents were reviewed. Previous violations were brought into compliance. Staff trainings were up to date and hours exceeded the requirements. Children were observed coming in from outside, preparing for rest time, listening to stories, playing with age appropriate materials and engaging with the staff. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the Violation Notice issued to the program.
