Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 04/17/2025 and completed on 04/17/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:40AM and ended at 12:00PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 51 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 staff records.
This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The Child Day Center must obtain a completed criminal history check prior to the employee's first day of employment.

Caregiver #1, who had been employed for 1 year 7 months, did not have a completed criminal background check. The center requested and received the criminal history check but the results did not state eligible.
Plan of Correction: An appointment for the background checks was made right away, for tomorrow, and the corrections to the document will be forwarded once received.
