An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 09/24/2025 and completed on 09/24/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:05AM and ended at 11:10AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 41 children present and 9 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
