An unannounced inspection was initiated on 10/15/2025 and completed on 10/15/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/13/2025 relating to allegations of in the area of staffing and supervision. The inspector reviewed children?s records and staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
