Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 9 2023 between 9:15am and 10:15am. There were no children in care at the time of inspection. A review of children's records, staffing records, and evacuation drills was conducted. A discussion was conducted with provider about the upcoming application for a special use permit to increase capacity. The provider was informed that with 12 children a need for an assistant may be needed.
