Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 30 2024 between 10:45am and 12:00pm. There were 3 children (6 points) in the care of the provider. Children were observed being diapered, washing hands, participating in pretend play, and building .Child records, staff records, household records, background checks, and evacuation drills was reviewed and inspected .Citations are listed on the violation notice.
