Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on May 10, 2023 and concluded on May 11, 2023. There were 35 children present, ranging in ages from infants to age 5, with 9 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
