Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was started in the center on April 29, 2024 from 2:55 PM until 4:40 PM and concluded on April 29, 2024. At the time of entrance, 41 children were in care with 12 staff members. The sample size consisted of 5 children?s records and 6 staff records. Children were observed preparing for and eating snack, working on numbers, letters,coloring and during reading time.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
