An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on September 13, 2024 and
completed on September 13, 2024 as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 8:56 am and ended at 11:10 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 40 children present and 16 staff. The inspector reviewed 8 children's records
and 6 staff records on site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or
law. No violations were issued.
