Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on November 12, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:10am and ended at 10:15am, The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 24. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household members records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and observations.

Child-resistant protective covers larger than 1-1/4 inches in diameter shall be installed on all unused electrical outlets and surge protectors accessible to children under five years of age.
There were four outlets without child-resistant protective covers.

Occupied cribs, cots, rest mats, and beds shall be at least 12 inches apart from each other.
