Inspector Notes

An in person renewal study was conducted today. There were 2 children (8points) with 1 caregiver. 1 caregiver and 2 household records were reviewed. All were complete.
2 child records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliance.
First Aid supplies, emergency evacuation drills, emergency supplies, fridge/freezer temperatures, 3 cribs, age appropriate equipment were all in compliance.
The inspection will be typed off site and emailed for signatures.
CPS searches for all adults will expire in July. Please submit new requests as soon as possible to prevent a delay in receiving the new results.
