Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal study was conducted today.
There were 4 children (13 points) with 2 caregivers.
2 child and 4 adult/caregiver records were reviewed. See Violation notice for non-compliances cited.
Children were observed during handwashing, eating meals, and playing with toys.
Emergency evacuation drills, emergency supplies, first aid supplies, bathroom supplies, crib spacing, and safety straps for equipment were all in compliance.
The report will be typed off site and emailed to the provider for signatures.
LI was present today from 10:48AM - 11:50 AM.
